Our interstate project delivery process is proven and straightforward. It begins with an on-site consultation where we visit your store, assess the space, and discuss your goals and budget. We include travel to Queensland as a standard part of our project scoping — there’s no obligation at this stage.
From there, our design team creates detailed floor plans and equipment specifications. You review and approve everything digitally, with 3D renders available where helpful. Once the design is finalised, custom cabinetry and fixtures are manufactured in our 3,000 square metre Perth fabrication facility under our strict quality control. We organise freight to Queensland, scheduling deliveries to match the installation timeline.
Our experienced installation teams travel to site and manage the fitout, working with local trades and building management as needed. Throughout the process, you have a dedicated Lane project manager as your single point of contact. This approach has delivered successful results across multiple states. The distance between our workshop and your store does not affect the quality of the outcome — it is managed through careful planning, clear communication, and experienced staff.
Queensland retailers have access to the full Lane service offering. This includes complete store fitouts for new supermarkets, refurbishments, and department-specific upgrades, store design and layout planning tailored to your customer base and trading conditions, custom cabinetry and joinery manufactured in-house, equipment procurement and supply including our Proshelf and QShelf shelving systems, bakery solutions, fresh produce bunks and orchard bins, checkout counters, and Focal undershelf LED lighting.
We also offer comprehensive project management from design to handover and professional on-site installation. Additionally, we supply equipment on a standalone basis across Queensland. If you need to upgrade your shelving, replace bakery displays, or add fresh produce bunks without a full fitout, we can supply and deliver with or without installation.
