What We Install

Our installation teams handle the full range of retail fitout components. This includes gondola shelving systems and accessories, fresh produce bunks and orchard bins, bakery display units and service counters, checkout counters and front-end configurations, custom cabinetry and joinery, LED undershelf lighting systems, and cigarette and tobacco display units.

We install both Lane-manufactured equipment and third-party products, ensuring everything is assembled correctly, level, secure, and ready for use.

Working in Live Retail Environments

Most of our installation work takes place in stores that are either trading or preparing to open. This requires careful coordination to minimise disruption. Our teams are experienced in staged installations — completing work in sections so that parts of the store can remain open while others are being fitted out.

We regularly work after hours, overnight, and on weekends to accommodate trading schedules. Our project managers plan the installation sequence in advance and communicate clear timelines to your team so everyone knows what to expect.

Once installation is complete, we conduct a thorough walkthrough to confirm everything meets specifications and your expectations. If any adjustments are needed, we address them on-site before handover. We also provide guidance on equipment care and maintenance to help you get the longest life from your investment.
